Our founders came from enterprise IT backgrounds where they witnessed firsthand the challenges of maintaining compliance, security, and uptime on shared infrastructure. They built Phoenix to be the partner they wished they had.
Over two decades later, we've grown from a small team serving local businesses to a full-service IT partner for organizations across the US and Latin America. Our core mission has not changed: deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure with white-glove service.
Today, we operate our own datacenter facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, providing true data sovereignty for clients who need to know exactly where their data lives.
