Managed IT for Broward County businesses, from engineers who live here.
Your Windows servers on hardware we build and own in a SOC 2 Type II Fort Lauderdale data center, private AT&T and Comcast fiber to every office, patching, backups, the insurer's audit paperwork, and a 24/7 line for when something breaks. One monthly number, locked for the term.
This is how Sigma Underwriting in Fort Lauderdale and Armellini Express Lines run with us.
Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, on site.
Our engineers are based in Broward County and the hardware is in Fort Lauderdale, so a site visit is a drive, not a flight. We bring fiber to your offices, sit in on your audits, and show up when corporate IT comes asking. The data center cage is a short drive from most of our clients, and visits are by appointment.
Broward County
Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Weston, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach
Miami-Dade
Miami, Doral, Medley, Hialeah and Miami Gardens, including the warehouse and transport corridor along the Palmetto
Palm Beach County
Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach
Six things, one team, one monthly number.
Most clients start with one of these and end up with us running all of it. The hardware, the data center floor and the on-call are ours; nothing is a reseller's slice of somebody else's cloud.
Managed dedicated hosting
Your Windows Server, SQL and VMware workloads copied exactly as they are, same names, same IPs, same logins, onto hardware we build and own in a SOC 2 Type II Fort Lauderdale data center. Patching, backup, replica and on-call included, one monthly number locked for a two- or three-year term.
What hosting includes →Private fiber to every office
AT&T and Comcast enterprise fiber from the data center to each of your sites, hub and spoke, so every office is on the LAN with the servers. Two carriers at every site, so a cut line fails over instead of taking you down.
How the connections work →Managed IT and the 24/7 line
The Phoenix team that runs your environment takes the call, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Planned work goes to your named contact; an outage goes to the 24/7 line.
Contact the team →Audit and insurer paperwork
When an insurer, an auditor or corporate asks your business to prove things about its systems, the servers-backups-and-access section is ours. We fill it in from the systems we run, sit down with you to confirm it, and it goes back done. Several times a year, inside the monthly number.
How the audit story works →Consulting and projects
Infrastructure design, migrations, Windows Server generation upgrades, application conversions, network and security. A defined build, time-and-materials, itemized, no lock-in.
Scope a project →On-prem and private AI
Copilots, document search and agents for regulated businesses, without sending customer data to a third-party model. We design, install and run the GPU infrastructure, in our Fort Lauderdale data center or in your building.
Private AI →Published MSP benchmarks put the average client relationship at three to five years.
Fort Lauderdale. Hosting, fiber, telephony and the onsite IT desk, on one monthly invoice.
Read the story →Nine sites across Florida, Georgia and California on one managed network, private cloud and a replicated backup at a second site.
Read the story →Both are named, and both will take a reference call.
The same team builds custom business software, too.
A dispatch board, a customer portal in front of a legacy database, a CRM with only the parts you use. Phoenix Studio builds it with AI and runs it on the same Fort Lauderdale hardware as everything above, and the Broward team supports it.
Questions from Broward businesses.
Everything inside the hosting number, and the full FAQ, is on the managed hosting page.
- Where is Phoenix Network Solutions located?
- Phoenix is a Florida corporation with its engineering and support team in Broward County. We are a service-area business: our engineers come to your offices across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, and client hardware runs in Flexential's SOC 2 Type II colocation facility in Fort Lauderdale, a third-party data center where Phoenix-owned equipment lives, not a Phoenix office. Our consulting and Phoenix Studio practice is run from Sonoma County, California.
- Do you provide managed IT services for small businesses in Fort Lauderdale?
- Yes. Most of our clients are small and mid-size businesses, typically 20 to 200 staff, running Windows servers for line-of-business applications, with more than one office. We take over the servers, the connections between offices, patching, backups and the help desk, for one monthly number.
- Can we keep our servers exactly as they are?
- Yes. We copy your environment as-is onto our hardware: same subnet, same static IPs, same domain, same logins. Your staff log in the way they always have. Your old servers stay in place until you tell us to retire them, which is your rollback.
- Is there a 24/7 emergency line?
- Yes, for hosted and managed clients: (754) 249-0384, any time, day or night.
- Our insurer sends an IT questionnaire every year. Do you help?
- Yes, and it is included. Send us the section about servers, backups and access. We fill it in from the systems we run for you, the data center's SOC 2 report, backup and replication records, the user-access list, then go through it with you before it goes back. We do this several times a year for our hosting clients.
- Do you work in Spanish or Portuguese?
- Yes. Our Broward engineers work in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Windows Server 2016 reaches end of support in January 2027. What are our options?
- Three: upgrade in place, move to Azure, or move it as-is onto hosted private cloud. We will walk through all three with you on one call, before the deadline, and tell you which fits what you run.
Thirty minutes with the Broward team. Zero pitch.
Tell us what you run, where it lives today and how many offices need to reach it. You leave with a written list of what we'd change, whether or not you hire us.
