Custom business software · Broward County, Florida

Custom software for Broward County businesses, run from Fort Lauderdale.

A CRM with only the parts you use. A dispatch board your drivers check from their phones. A portal that reads the database you already have. Phoenix Studio builds it with AI and runs it on Phoenix-owned servers in Fort Lauderdale, and our Broward engineers will sit down with you in Davie, Plantation, Pembroke Pines or Doral to get it right, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

30-day free trial, by request. Plans from $99 a month. Or have us build the first version with you.

A field-service app on a phone: today's jobs listed with status chips, each job a folder for time, receipts, photos and billing. Demo data.

Where we work

Broward first. Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, in person too.

Phoenix's engineering and support team is in Broward County and has run IT for South Florida businesses since 2000. The servers your app runs on are a short drive away in Fort Lauderdale. The first conversation about your software is better had at your warehouse, your yard or your front desk than on a web form.

Broward County

Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Weston, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach

Miami-Dade

Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Medley and Miami Gardens, where many of South Florida's distributors and transport companies run

Palm Beach County

Boca Raton, Delray Beach and West Palm Beach

Who builds their own

South Florida runs on distributors, fleets and family businesses with specific problems.

The software you need either doesn't exist, or it exists as a subscription built for a company ten times your size, where you pay for all of it and use a tenth. Either way, the person closest to the problem is the right person to build the fix. These are the businesses we see most around Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Logistics, trucking and freight

Dispatch boards, driver check-ins, proof of delivery, a customer portal with live status. South Florida moves a lot of freight; the software for a 20-truck operation is usually a big TMS priced for 500 trucks, or a whiteboard. Build the part you use.

Produce, food and flower distributors

Orders by phone and text, standing orders in a spreadsheet, a route sheet printed each morning. One app with a real database, used by the office and the warehouse at the same time.

Marine, trades and field service

Boat yards, electricians, HVAC, pool and landscape crews. A job list on each crew member's phone, each job a folder for time, photos, receipts and the invoice.

Medical, dental and professional offices

A patient or client portal in front of the system you already run, intake forms that stop being paper, reminders that stop being someone's job.

Property and HOA management

Work orders, vendor tracking, owner portals. Replace the per-door subscription with the tenth of it you actually use.

Shops with a legacy system

A parts counter, a repair shop, a wholesaler with a database nobody dares replace. Studio builds a front end or a portal that reads the existing data, so old and new run side by side.

Idea to live app

Describe it. See it built. Run your business on it.

Most AI app builders stop when the code is written. Studio also runs what it builds, on its own server, with the phones, email and payments your business needs wired in by the builder.

1

Tell us how the business runs

In plain language, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Who the customers are, what you track, what happens from the first call to the invoice, and what goes wrong today.

2

Watch it get built

The builder writes it and shows it to you running. Chat on the left, your app on the right. Check it on a phone, because that is where your crew will use it.

3

Publish it on your own domain

A live address the same day, on a dedicated server in the same Fort Lauderdale data center that runs our hosting clients' production systems.

4

Keep changing it

Ask for next week's change next week. Build it yourself on a Studio plan, or have us build the first version with you.

The Studio builder chat: the user asks for a front-desk phone number and email receipts; the builder replies that both are live and no settings had to be opened.
“Both are live. You didn't have to open any settings.” The builder, after being asked for a phone number and email. Demo workspace.
Who you're working with

The team that runs enterprise IT in Fort Lauderdale.

Phoenix Network Solutions has run private cloud and IT for regulated South Florida businesses since 2000. The same Broward engineers who run IT for Sigma Underwriting and Armellini Express Lines support every Studio project, and we run our own business on Studio: the marketing application Phoenix runs on was built here, phones, email and Stripe payments included.

Your app runs on hardware we build and maintain ourselves in a SOC 2-audited Fort Lauderdale data center, the same infrastructure as our enterprise clients' production systems. If your business grows into needing managed servers, hosting or a 24/7 desk, that is the same team, in the same building.

The app you built for your business should not be less dependable than the systems around it. Same infrastructure, same people, same backups.

Questions from South Florida.

Plans, pricing and the full FAQ are on the Phoenix Studio page.

Is Phoenix Studio a local company in Broward County?
Yes. Phoenix Network Solutions is a Florida corporation. Our engineering and 24/7 support team is in Broward County, and the servers your app runs on are Phoenix-owned hardware in a SOC 2-audited Fort Lauderdale data center. Phoenix Studio itself is run from our California practice; the Broward team supports every Studio project and meets South Florida clients in person.
Do you build custom CRM software for South Florida businesses?
Yes. A custom CRM is the most common thing people build first. Describe who your customers are, what you track and what happens from first contact to invoice, and the builder writes a CRM with only those parts. It runs on its own server with no per-seat subscription, and you can keep changing it.
Can we work in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Our Broward engineers work in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the app itself can be built in whichever language your staff and customers use.
Can you build an app for my business if I'm not technical?
Yes. You describe it and the builder writes it; you never see code unless you want to. If you would rather we do the first version with you, we will, and the project stays yours to change afterwards.
What does custom software cost compared with a subscription?
Studio plans start at $99 a month for one live project, hosting, backups and rollback included, with a 30-day free trial. A phone number for your app is $29 a month per project and email is $9 a month per project. If we build the first version for you, that work is scoped and quoted separately; small fixed-fee builds are common.
Where does my app actually run?
On a dedicated server Phoenix owns, in a SOC 2-audited data center in Fort Lauderdale, the same facility that hosts our managed-hosting clients' production systems. Your data is not in a shared sandbox, and you can download your repository at any time.
